Graz, September 25, 2025<\/strong> \u2013 Raiffeisen-Landesbank Steiermark AG acquires a 10 percent stake in CMTA AG,one of Europe’s leading technology providers for digital institutional bond trading. This investment marks thebeginning of a long-term strategic partnership with the aim of making capital market processes more efficient,transparent, and accessible \u2013 for professional investors and issuers alike. <\/p>\n\n

The new partnership with RLB Steiermark will not only accelerate growth but also build a bridge betweentechnology and banking expertise. The investment is deliberately designed as a strategic alliance \u2013 with a focuson long-term value creation, joint product development, and a consistent internationalization strategy. <\/p>\n\n

The invested capital will be used for the technological expansion of the platform, the expansion of the productportfolio, and further targeted internationalization.<\/p>\n\n
